I am head of our Private Client department and specialise in wills and powers of attorney, as well as estates, trusts and tax planning and Court of Protection.
I can support and advise you on both taxable and non-taxable estates, creating and administering trusts, drafting wills and powers of attorney. I also have a particular interest in Court of Protection work and can assist with the deputyship application process, general Court of Protection applications to include statutory wills, advise lay deputies and act as a professional deputy and attorney.
I graduated from the University of Exeter with a 2.1 LLB (Exons) in law. After completing the Bar Vocational Course at Cardiff University I was called to the Bar in 2008 and cross qualified as a solicitor.
I am also a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and a full member of the Society for Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP)
