We are looking to recruit a Part Time Administration Assistant to help support the Costs Law Team.
The role will involve assisting the Costs Law Team with their administration tasks.
The main duties of this role will involve the following:
- Opening and closing client files;
- Sending papers to the Court for assessment;
- Data inputting;
- Generating correspondence;
- Paying disbursements;
- Manual Handling; lifting and carrying large/heavy boxes; and
- Other administrative tasks.
This is an important role that requires prompt and accurate attention to ensure that we continue to deliver a high quality service to clients. You will need to be flexible and able to prioritise your workload.
Previous administrative experience is required. Our minimum requirements of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English do apply.
