We are looking to recruit a Full Time Paralegal to work with the Residential Property Team in our Bristol Office.
The role will involve assisting and contributing to the Residential Property Team.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing work;
- Dealing with the drafting and lodging of SDLT returns;
- Ordering searches;
- Drafting legal documents;
- Dealing with sales enquires;
- Land Registry applications and requisitions;
- Corresponding with clients and third parties to progress matters;
- Dealing with all matters (including financial) as required.
The role is open to candidates with a good understanding of residential Conveyancing matters. The role will expose you to a broad range of experience, offering autonomy, but the team will give you support to develop in the role and build on your knowledge and skills.
This is an important role that requires prompt and accurate attention to detail to ensure that we continue to deliver a high quality service to our clients from the very outset to the end.
You will need to be flexible and have the ability to prioritise your work. Excellent communication skills and strong IT ability are important in this role. We are looking for someone with lots of initiative and enthusiasm who is prepared to work as a team player.
Applicants ideally to be a Law Graduate or CILEx part qualified.
