Legal Secretary (Clinical Negligence Team)

The Clinical Negligence Team is looking to recruit a Full Time Legal Secretary working in our Bristol office.

Job Role

You will provide secretarial support and assistance to the Clinical Negligence Team and other Teams as and when required.   

This role will include:

  • typing a range of legal documents;
  • audio typing;
  • dealing with clients;
  • carrying out various office administration;
  • file opening/closing;
  • filing;
  • organising meetings/events; and,
  • flexibility to support other Teams as and when required.

Key Skills

Previous legal secretarial experience of working within a busy team is a requirement.  You should be a strong team player with a willingness to learn, initiative, a meticulous eye for detail, a good telephone manner and excellent organisational skills.  Accuracy is a key element of the role.

Qualifications

Our standard minimum requirements of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English do apply.
