Financing a transaction can be a complex issue and In some cases your lender will instruct their own lawyers. In such a case we will advise you and deal with the lender’s solicitors’ requirements for you as well. 

The legal costs will increase, but your lender should discuss their requirements with you at the outset to ensure that you know what to expect.
