Rhona qualified in 1984 and is Head of Property. She has worked in both
private practice and in-house for Allied Domecq plc and Punch Retail Limited
for fourteen years before joining Metcalfes in 2000. Rhona has extensive experience in
all types of commercial property transactions (including sales, purchases,
development and funding of offices, shops and a wide variety of other sites
including leisure and medical). Rhona is also involved in the legal management of property portfolios
in the retail, office and industrial sectors. Rhona is on the panel of expert
professionals for, and works frequently with, the Ethical Property Foundation. She also specialises in commercial
Landlord and Tenant issues and property dispute resolutions.
