Nikki is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and she has worked
in the Accident Claims Department since joining the firm in August 2004.
Nikki has her own case load of claims arising from road traffic incidents, trips / slips,
accidents at work and those involving occupiers liability. She also handles cases involving
collisions where the Third Party is untraced or uninsured (claims made to the Motor Insurers Bureau)
as well as claims to the Criminal Injury Compensation Authority (CICA) for victims of
crime. In addition, Nikki assists senior colleagues with complex, high value accident cases
to gain experience in this field.
Nikki will qualify as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in the summer of
2010 having completed her qualifying employment and all the necessary examinations.
