Kay is the head of our Personal Injury Department. She has considerable
experience of handling claims for accident victims particularly those with
head and back injuries and for the families of those fatally injured. Kay
is Chair of the Bristol branch of "Back Care" and Vice President and former Legal Secretary to the
Bristol Medico-Legal Society. She is a member of APIL*, the Law Society's
Personal Injury Panel and the South West Investors in People Panel. Kay has
particular expertise in product liability cases including successful
claims against Dunlop (concerning their flawed SP4 tyres) and Ford
(concerning their Explorer).
