Kay is the head of our Personal Injury Department. She has over 27 years'
experience of handling claims for accident victims particularly those with
head and back injuries and for the families of those fatally injured. Kay is
President of the Bristol Medico-Legal Society having previously held the post
of Legal Secretary for nearly 10 years, and is Chair of the Bristol branch
of "Back Care". She is a member of APIL*, SRA*
Personal Injury Panel and the South West Investors in People Panel. Kay has
particular expertise in product liability cases including successful
claims against Dunlop (concerning their flawed SP4 tyres) and Ford
(concerning their Explorer). Kay is also on the Board of Bristol-based Show of
Strength Theatre Company.
