Jemma joined Metcalfes in July 2007 and is a trainee legal executive in the Accident Claims department.
She assists senior members of the department with their cases to gain experience of how
claims are handled, what is involved in bringing a claim etc as she is working to qualify as
a Legal Executive in the future.
