Helen advises insurers mainly in relation to accidents arising out of motor and
employer / public liability claims. She is involved with investigating accident
circumstances and advising and defending individuals as well as companies.
Helen also has experience of bringing claims for victims of injury and has particular
expertise in spinal injury, fatal accidents and professional negligence arising as a
result of poor legal advice for those who have been injured. She is a member of the
SRA* Personal Injury panel.
Helen is part of the firm's management team and co-ordinates and maintains the firm's ISO9001 Quality Standard.
