David qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and has been at Metcalfes since 1983. David works
in our Insurance Litigation and Business Matters Departments. His main areas of expertise are defendant personal
injury, contractual disputes and construction law. David's clients include insurers who
instruct him on a wide variety of matters, such as factory and motor accidents and accidents on construction sites.
He is also instructed in business and contractual disputes including construction disputes and fire claims.
David is a member of FOIL* and the Bristol Medico-Legal Society. He is recommended in the Legal 500 directory of solicitors.
