Bethan qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Metcalfes in August 2006, working
in the Employment Law department with Judith Ellery. Prior to this, Bethan worked for
a large Welsh law firm for over seven years where she specialised in employment law.
Bethan is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regularly writes articles,
e-briefs and delivers seminars on all aspects of Employment Law. Bethan enjoys swimming,
aerobics, skiing and eating out. Bethan also took part in skydive to raise money for the
RSPCA and she regularly takes part in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life.
