Angelina is a Partner in our Personal Injury Department and is Head of our
Clinical Negligence Team. Angelina also advises on Employment Law and supports Judith Ellery, the head of our
Employment department on all aspects of Employment advice. Her main areas of expertise are clinical negligence,
Industrial Disease, in particular asbestos related and Occupational Stress claims. Angelina is a member of the
Law Society Personal Injury Panel, APIL*, the AVMA* South West Lawyers Support Group and APIL* Clinical
Negligence Special Interest Group. She is also
a Manager under the Mental Health Act dealing with reviews of persons
detained under the Act. Angelina has significant multi-party experience,
acting for Hepatitis C clients in the South West. Angelina is also experienced in Spinal Injury claims and the firm is a
corporate member of the Spinal Injuries Association.
