David is a Partner in our employment and business disputes departments. David qualified as a solicitor in January 2010 and graduated from university with a first class LLB (Hons). David has worked for the firm since 2003.
David's practice covers all aspects of employment law. David acts for a wide range of employers as well as senior executives and employees. Work handled includes contracts and terms and conditions of employment, handbooks, policies and procedures, restructures and redundancies, discrimination, TUPE, compromise agreements, and litigation in courts and employment tribunals.
As a member of our business disputes team, David also advises on a wide range of issues including contractual disputes, professional negligence, defamation, restrictive covenants, alternative dispute resolution, debt recovery and property litigation.
David regularly delivers seminars to employers on employment law.
