METCALFES AWARDED AN ISO9001/LAWNET QUALITY STANDARD (ISO9001/LQS)
We are extremely pleased to announce that the highly coveted legal kite mark, ISO9001/LQS, has recently been awarded to Metcalfes. David Boniface, our Senior Partner, says

The ISO9001/LQS is an externally awarded accreditation. It is only awarded after a vigorous external assessment, covering all the requirements of the Law Society Practice Management Standard, plus many other issues pertinent to the solicitor/client relationship. It is reassessed annually, and Metcalfes will strive to ensure its continued renewal.
