1. Public Funding (Legal Aid)
Changes in the availability of Public Funding have taken place and we
can advise:
(a) whether Public Funding is available for your case;
(b) whether you are financially eligible;
(c) whether you have reasonable grounds to bring a detailed claim so that
Public Funding may be awarded to you.
The Legal Services Commission (LSC) will assess your financial eligibility,
although we can discuss whether you are likely to be granted a Certificate
of Public Funding and whether you may have to pay a contribution to your
fees.
