The Clinical Negligence Department offers skilled, experienced and knowledgeable lawyers who offer a free initial meeting to discuss potential claims, complaints and funding for your action against medical professionals including hospitals and doctors.
Areas covered include:
- Obstetric, gynaecological and paediatric negligence, to include injury claims arising out of the management of pregnancy and delivery. Particular interests include Cerebral palsy, Erb's palsy, brain injury and meningitis
- Anaesthetic Claims
- Injury following surgery, including dissatisfaction with the outcome
- Failure to treat or diagnose a condition. Particular specialisms include Compartment Syndrome, Undiagnosed Fractures and Bowel Cancer cases.
